The neighbourhood of Kennedy Heights is part of the municipality of Delta, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Kennedy Heights will appeal to active house buyers because it is quite conducive to those who travel by foot; many common errands can be run without having to resort to a car. Although the cycling infrastructure is fairly good, it is sometimes difficult to get around by bicycle in this area as the topography is not particularly flat. Public transit riders may find limited choices in Kennedy Heights as a result of the infrequent service. Nonetheless, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. In contrast, the car is often the best means of transportation in Kennedy Heights. It is convenient to access a place to park.
