The neighbourhood of Kennedy Heights is part of the municipality of Delta, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Walking is quite feasible for home buyers in Kennedy Heights; many daily errands can be run without the use of a vehicle, and there are also a fair number of businesses nearby. This area is also suited for cycling as the bicycling network is reasonably extensive. Driving is a reasonably good transportation option in Kennedy Heights. Parking is quite easy. In contrast, residents using public transit may experience few options in this area by reason of the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally just around the corner.

Services
