Mayfair-Pacific Reach is a neighbourhood within Coquitlam, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

This neighbourhood is an extremely good part of Coquitlam for driving. It is very easy to park, and the street layout is amenable to cars. On the other hand, travelling by transit can be difficult in this part of the city due to the infrequent service. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. Mayfair-Pacific Reach is not very suited for biking as there are a limited number of bike lanes, and bike riders are faced with a significant amount of slopes. Thankfully, a few bicycling-friendly areas exist. It is also inconvenient for pedestrians to move around in this part of Coquitlam because few common errands can be run without the use of a car.

Services

Mayfair-Pacific Reach does not have any high schools or primary schools. Additionally, it can be difficult to access daycares on foot. With regards to food, in all but a limited number of cases, a vehicle is required to purchase groceries. Nonetheless, it is generally a reasonably short distance to the nearest pharmacy, which can supply some basic food items.
