Transportation

It is easy for pedestrians to get around in this neighbourhood; many common errands can be run on foot. However, Tempe is not very appropriate for cycling as there are quite a few elevation changes. Thankfully, the bicycling infrastructure is quite comprehensive. This part of the city is very car friendly. It is easy to park, and it is a very short drive to the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, from any home in Tempe. On the other hand, travelling by transit can be occasionally challenging in Tempe by reason of the service's low frequency. Nonetheless, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby.

Services

Both general and specialty grocery stores are typically accessible within a reasonably short walk from anywhere in Tempe. Moreover, this area is a good place in which to eat out. With regards to education, schools and daycares are very easy to get to on foot from any location in Tempe.
