Keith Lynn is a neighbourhood within District of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Active property owners will appreciate the quite pedestrian-friendly character of this part of the municipality; many common errands can be run without the use of a car. Although the cycling network is quite extensive, and people often decide to travel by bicycle, it is at times difficult to move around by bicycle in Keith Lynn since riding is made strenuous by the typically hilly terrain. The preferred transportation option in this part of the municipality is very often a car. Many houses for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway, and it is very easy to access a place to park. However, the public transit system in Keith Lynn is not especially practical. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most residences.

Services

It is easy to reach the closest supermarket on foot in this neighbourhood. In addition, a restaurant is often just around the corner. With respect to education, primary schools and daycares are very easy to reach on foot from most houses for sale in this area. However, Keith Lynn does not have any high schools.

Character

People who prefer a relaxed ambience will enjoy Keith Lynn. This part of District of North Vancouver is reasonably quiet, as the streets are generally quite peaceful - although that is not the case around Trans-Canada Highway. Lastly, there are a few public green spaces close by for residents to check out, like Keith Lynn Park and Bridgman Park, and they are very well-located, which makes them very easy to reach.

Housing

In Keith Lynn, roughly half of dwellings are single detached homes, but large apartment buildings and duplexes are also present in the housing stock. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. About 80% of the units in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners and 20% are rented. About 45% of homes in this neighbourhood were constructed before the 1960s, while many of the remaining buildings were built in the 1960s and the 1990s.
