Transportation

Travelling by car is very convenient in this part of the municipality. The majority of houses for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and it is very easy to park. However, commuting by transit can be occasionally challenging in this part of the municipality due to the service's low frequency. Thankfully, homeowners have access to a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically very close. Lower West Lynn is not especially cycling-friendly as there is a significant amount of slopes. Nevertheless, cycling is better in certain areas than others, and there are a fair number of bike lanes. Travelling by foot is also not very common in Lower West Lynn, even though running day-to-day errands is easy.

Finally, it is very easy to access public green spaces from many locations within the neighbourhood, since there are approximately 10 of them close by for residents to explore and reaching a park is very easy from the majority of houses.
