Valley North is a community within Chilliwack, British Columbia, which is situated in the Greater Chilliwack metropolitan area.

Transportation

Valley North is an extremely good part of Chilliwack for driving. Coming across a place to park is generally easy, and most real estate listings are a rather short car ride from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway. However, Valley North is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, house owners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby. Walking is not very practical for property owners in this community because few common errands can be run on foot. On the other hand, it is easy to travel by bicycle in Valley North.

Services

In this community, families will usually be able to reach primary schools on foot. On the other hand, parents may consider it challenging for their children to reach high schools on foot. In addition to public schools, there are private elementary and secondary schools. With regards to eating, reaching the nearest grocery store by walking is possible for some, but not all, house buyers in this part of the city. Residents of this area benefit from a few restaurants as well.

Valley North is very quiet overall, as the streets are usually very calm - although there are still several louder areas, especially around one of the railway lines or Trans-Canada Highway.
