West Central Valley is a neighbourhood within Burnaby, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

No matter the medium of transportation, it is reasonably easy to travel in West Central Valley. The public transit network in this neighbourhood is reasonably good. For example, the closest rapid transit station, such as Brentwood Town Centre Station @ Platform 1, Gilmore Station @ Platform 1 and Gilmore Station @ Platform 2 with access to the Millennium Line, is generally just around the corner from most residences in the neighbourhood. There are approximately 10 bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are typically nearby. West Central Valley will also draw active people since it is reasonably well-suited for those who travel by foot; running common errands is easy, and there are also a good number of businesses close by. Moving around by bicycle is convenient in this neighbourhood because the cycling network is good.

Services

In West Central Valley, parents and their children will usually be able to reach daycares and schools on foot. With respect to eating, the closest supermarket in this area is typically only a short walk away. There are also a limited number of options for those who appreciate nearby restaurants and cafes.

Character
