Transportation

Ardingley-Sprott will draw property owners that appreciate a variety of methods of transportation. Thanks to Holdom Station with access to the Millennium Skytrain, and a few nearby bus lines, the public transit service in this part of the city is good. On the other hand, walking is not very popular in this part of the city, despite the fact that carrying out daily needs is easy. This part of the city is quite appropriate for bicycling as there are a fair number of bike lanes. Driving is also a great medium of transportation in Ardingley-Sprott. It is very easy to park, and the majority of properties for sale are a short drive from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway.

Services

Families will value the proximity to primary schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from most homes for sale in this area. In contrast, this neighbourhood does not contain any high schools. As far as food is concerned, property owners in Ardingley-Sprott will welcome that a grocery store is always only a rather short walk away. As there are very few pedestrians, this part of Burnaby is relatively serene.
