Townline

Townline is a neighbourhood within Abbotsford, British Columbia, which is situated in the Abbotsford - Mission metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a very good mode of transportation in Townline. Nearby highways, such as Trans-Canada Highway, are reasonably easy to reach from any home in this area, and it is convenient to find a place to park. However, travelling by transit can be difficult in Townline due to the low service level. Thankfully, property owners have access to a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Travelling by bicycle is easy in Townline because the cycling network is reasonably good. Walking is not especially practical for house buyers in Townline as few daily errands can be run without having to use a vehicle.

Services

Parents and their kids will value that wherever their property is located in Townline, schools and daycares are close by. In addition to public schools, there are private primary and secondary schools. With regards to eating, house buyers in Townline will welcome that a grocery store is always only a rather short walk away. There are also a few opportunities for those who value close by restaurants and cafes.

Home buyers who prefer a calm environment will enjoy Townline. This part of Abbotsford is very quiet overall, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. The homes in this area are very modern, because around 40% of its dwellings were built between 1990 and 2000, while many of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1980s and the 2000s.
