Driving is a very good transportation option in Townline. Nearby highways, such as Trans-Canada Highway, are easy to access from anywhere in this neighbourhood, and it is convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit system in Townline is not very accessible. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. This neighbourhood is reasonably cycling-friendly because the bicycling infrastructure is comprehensive. Walking is not particularly convenient for property owners in Townline because few daily errands can be run on foot.

Services

It is often feasible for property owners in this part of Abbotsford to buy groceries by walking. There are also a few opportunities for those who care about close by restaurants and cafes. As far as education is concerned, schools and daycares are convenient to walk to from most houses for sale in this area. Along with public schools, there are private primary and secondary schools.
