Transportation

It is convenient to move around by bicycle in Downtown since the cycling infrastructure is reasonably good. This neighbourhood is also reasonably suitable for walking; running daily errands is easy on foot, and various businesses are nearby. The public transit system in Downtown is rather limited. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. In contrast, Downtown is an extremely good part of St. Albert for driving. Coming across a place to park is easy, and it is a very short drive to the nearest highway from any location in this neighbourhood.

Services

It is often an option for property owners in Downtown to purchase general and specialty groceries by walking. There are also a limited number of choices for those who care about close by restaurants. Regarding education, daycares and schools are easy to walk to from most homes for sale in Downtown.
