Sherwood is a neighbourhood within Calgary, Alberta, which is located in the Greater Calgary metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent means of transportation in Sherwood. It is easy to find a parking spot, and the majority of houses for sale are a short drive from the closest highway. On the other hand, the public transit service in Sherwood is not very frequent. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are generally nearby. Walking is not very feasible for house buyers in this part of the city because meeting daily needs is occasionally difficult. However, the bicycle is a reasonably good mode of transportation in Sherwood because the bicycling network is quite comprehensive.

Services

Both primary and secondary schools are convenient to access on foot from any location in this part of Calgary. However, daycares are not particularly abundant and thus tend to require a long walk to get to. In terms of eating, a portion of house buyers in this part of Calgary may be able to reach the closest supermarket on foot, while others will need a vehicle. Character
