Transportation

This part of Edmonton will appeal to property owners that value a diversity of modes of transportation. Eastwood will draw physically active home buyers since it is quite suitable for walking; running daily errands is convenient. This neighbourhood is also reasonably conducive to cycling since the bicycling network is very well-developed, and riding is facilitated by the generally flat terrain. Residents can depend on public transit to move around in this part of Edmonton as a result of various nearby rapid transit stations on the Route 512, and a few nearby bus lines. Cars are also a reasonably good medium of transportation in Eastwood. It is easy to park, and the majority of homes for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway.
