Transportation

This neighbourhood will attract property owners that appreciate a diversity of methods of transportation. Owing to Coliseum Station on the Capital Line, and a few nearby bus lines, house buyers can rely on public transit to get around in this part of Edmonton. Physically active property owners will also welcome the reasonably walk-friendly nature of Edmonton Northlands; many daily needs are easy to carry out without the use of a vehicle. Cycling is quite adopted in this part of Edmonton because cyclists do not encounter serious elevation changes, and the bicycling infrastructure is reasonably extensive.

The closest grocery store in this neighbourhood is generally only a rather short walk away. A limited selection of restaurants and cafes is available as well. Concerning education, it is a short walk to reach daycares and schools from most properties for sale in this area.

Character
