Two wonderful ocean islands , nestled in the protected cove of Beaver Harbour. The bigger island is 16.9 ac and the smaller is 2.61 ac. The islands are nicely covered with vegetation and trees and are surrounded by pebble beaches and granite rocks. The large Rocky Island offers a dramatic granite rock coastline where it's name is based on. An uninhabited and uninhabitable house has been perched on this steep coastline for decades. The smaller of the Rocky Islands is separated from the main island only by a narrow passage. Halifax is approximately 2 hours by car.
