Situated within the Greater Sherbrooke metropolitan area, Mont-Bellevue is a borough in Sherbrooke, Quebec.

Transportation

This borough is a fairly pleasant part of Sherbrooke for pedestrians; most daily needs are convenient to meet by walking. The bike is a good method of transportation in Mont-Bellevue. The public transit system in this part of the city is not especially practical. Thankfully, there are approximately 30 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most residences. However, the favoured way to move around in Mont-Bellevue is often driving. It is easy to park.

Services

It is a reasonably short walk to get to schools and daycares from most homes for sale in this part of the city. Parents are served by public and private high schools. In terms of food, a portion of home buyers in this part of Sherbrooke may have the option to buy groceries on foot in one of approximately 10 stores, while others will have to turn to another means of transportation. A limited variety of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well.

Character

Mont-Bellevue offers a slower-paced atmosphere and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time outdoors. The noise levels in this part of Sherbrooke are also quite low, as the streets tend to be reasonably peaceful - although that is not the case near Autoroute Jacques-O'Bready, Montée d'Ascot Est or one of the railway lines.
