Transportation

Chutes-Montmorency is an extremely good part of Québec for driving. It is a short drive to the nearest highway, such as Autoroute Dufferin-Montmorency, from anywhere in this neighbourhood, and it is very convenient to park. On the other hand, travelling by public transit is challenging in this part of Québec. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. Travelling by bicycle is challenging in this part of Québec because there are a limited number of bike lanes, and cyclists encounter a significant amount of slopes. Walking is also not very feasible for property owners in Chutes-Montmorency since few daily needs can be carried out without the use of a car.

Services

Parents and their kids will value that no matter where their home is located in Chutes-Montmorency, primary schools and daycares are nearby.
