The neighbourhood of Old Longueuil can be found in the city of Longueuil, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

No matter the medium of transportation, it is rather convenient to get around in Old Longueuil. Old Longueuil benefits from a reasonably good public transit system. More precisely, the neighbourhood is connected by approximately 40 bus lines, and bus stops are typically very close by. Traveling as a pedestrian is also reasonably convenient for residents in Old Longueuil; running daily errands is easy without a vehicle, and numerous businesses are close at hand. This area will appeal to active people because it is reasonably suited for biking. In particular, the cycling network is well-developed, and there are a limited number of hills.

Services

The closest grocery store in Old Longueuil is typically only a short distance away. Likewise, a restaurant is often just around the corner, for instance on Rue Saint-Charles, and house buyers benefit from a few cafes as well. This neighbourhood is also very good for those who like a quiet atmosphere, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour near Autoroute René-Lévesque.
