Bellerive is a neighbourhood within Longueuil, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

A majority of the houses for sale in this part of Longueuil are located in areas that are conducive to those who travel by foot; carrying out daily needs is easy by walking. Riding a bicycle is adopted in Bellerive since there are a good number of bike lanes, and the area is reasonably flat. Getting around by transit can be at times difficult in this part of Longueuil as a result of the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by about 40 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. However, cars are a reasonably good transportation option in Bellerive. The majority of properties for sale are a rather short drive from the closest highway, and parking is generally easy.

Services

It is easy to get to the closest supermarket on foot from anywhere in this neighbourhood. Residents benefit from about 10 restaurants and coffee shops as well. In terms of education, it is a reasonably short walk to access daycares and schools from any location in this area.

Character

Bellerive is an excellent neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. This neighbourhood is very quiet overall, as the streets are very peaceful. Finally, greenery is quite prominent in this area; there are around 20 green spaces nearby for residents to check out, such as Parc Michel-Chartrand, which makes them very easy to access from a large number of locations in Bellerive. Residents will also find that the tree canopy coverage for most streets is good.
