Located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, Bellerive is a neighbourhood within Longueuil, Quebec.

Transportation

Bellerive is a fairly pleasant part of Longueuil for cyclists. In particular, the cycling network is well-developed, and bicycling is made easier by the generally flat terrain. Bellerive is also quite suitable for those who travel by foot; carrying out daily needs is easy. Cars are a very good means of transportation in this part of the city. The majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway, and it is convenient to park. On the other hand, this part of Longueuil is not particularly transit friendly. Nevertheless, property owners are served by approximately 40 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically very close.

It is a rather short walk to get to primary schools and daycares from anywhere in Bellerive. In contrast, this neighbourhood does not have any high schools.
