Part of the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, Sector X is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec.

Transportation

The best way to move around in this area is usually a car. The street layout is appropriate for cars, and it is very convenient to park. However, the public transit network in sector X is fairly poor. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood. Most houses for sale in this area are located in places that are not very suitable for walking as very few daily errands can be run on foot. Bicycling is also very difficult in sector X as the cycling network is quite poor. Thankfully, there are few elevation changes to challenge cyclists.

Services

Reaching the nearest grocery store by walking is feasible for some, but not all, home buyers in this part of the city. When it comes to education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in this neighbourhood. In addition, there are only a very small number of daycares and consequently they can be a very long walk away.

Character

Due to the presence of very few people out and about on the streets, sector X is relatively quiet. The greenery in this part of Brossard is not very prominent, there are a few parks close by for residents to discover.
