Transportation

Sector X is very car friendly. It is very easy to find a place to park, and the street layout is very amenable to getting around by car. In contrast, the public transit service in sector X is not particularly frequent. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and it is easy to get to a nearby bus stop from most houses. Despite the fact that some pleasant pockets for cycling exist, and riding is facilitated by the generally flat terrain, moving around by bicycle is almost impossible in this area because the cycling infrastructure is rather limited. Sector X is not very conducive to people who travel on foot as few common errands can be run without a car.

There are no high schools and no primary schools in sector X. Additionally, families may find it very difficult for their kids to get to daycares as pedestrians. Concerning eating, accessing the closest grocery store by foot is practical for some, but not all, home buyers in sector X.
