The neighbourhood of sector I is part of the city of Brossard, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area is very car friendly. It is very easy to park, and it is a very short drive to the nearest highway from any home in sector I. However, the public transit service in this part of the city is somewhat poor. Nonetheless, residents are served by a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Walking is not particularly practical for house buyers in this part of Brossard as few common errands can be run without needing to resort to a vehicle. However, sector I is reasonably appropriate for cycling since the topography is quite flat, and there are a good number of bike lanes.

Services

Parents and their kids will welcome that no matter where their home is located in sector I, daycares are close by. In contrast, sector I does not have any primary schools or high schools.
