Transportation

Saint-Simon enables home buyers to move around by different methods of transportation. Thanks to a few nearby bus lines, this area is very transit friendly. This part of Montréal is also quite conducive to walking; all common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Physically active house buyers will value the reasonably bicycling-friendly nature of Saint-Simon. More precisely, riding a bike is made easier by the generally flat terrain, and the bicycling infrastructure is fairly good.

It is a short walk to reach daycares and schools from anywhere in Saint-Simon.
