Situated within the Kitchener - Cambridge - Waterloo metropolitan area, Lincoln is a neighbourhood within Waterloo, Ontario.

Transportation

Lincoln is very car friendly. The majority of homes for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 85, and it is especially convenient to park. On the other hand, public transit users may find few options in Lincoln due to the infrequent service. Nevertheless, house owners benefit from Conestoga Station on the ION Light Rail. There are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. Lincoln is conducive to cycling since there are a limited number of elevation changes. In contrast, traveling as a pedestrian is not very popular in Lincoln, despite the fact that many daily errands can be run without a car.

Services

In this area, families will typically be able to reach primary schools and daycares by walking. In contrast, there are no high schools in Lincoln. At the primary level, both public and private schools can be found. Regarding food, the closest supermarket in this area is usually only a reasonably short distance away. There are also a limited number of options for those who care about restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Character
