Transportation

The preferred way to move around in Lincoln is very often driving. Most properties for sale are a rather short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 85, and it is very easy to park. In contrast, Lincoln is not especially transit friendly. Thankfully, house owners are served by Conestoga Station on the ION Light Rail. There are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and the nearest bus stop is typically very close. Travelling by foot in this area is not very popular, even though running daily errands is easy. On the other hand, this part of Waterloo is quite cycling-friendly because there are few elevation changes to challenge bike riders.

Services

Primary schools and daycares are convenient to reach on foot from any location in Lincoln. However, there are no high schools in this part of Waterloo. At the primary level, both public and private schools can be found. As far as food is concerned, a supermarket is typically reachable within a reasonably short walk from any location in Lincoln. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who care about close by restaurants and cafes.

The character of Lincoln is exemplified by its relaxed ambience.
