Located within the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area, Maple is a neighbourhood within Vaughan, Ontario.

Transportation

Maple is very car friendly. Parking is generally easy, and most properties for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Highway 400. However, the public transit service in this neighbourhood is not very frequent. Nonetheless, homeowners can rely on the Maple and Rutherford on the Barrie. Residents have access to around 10 bus lines, and it is especially convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most houses. Maple is quite bike-friendly. On the other hand, walking is not very popular in this neighbourhood, despite the fact that most daily needs are convenient to meet on foot.

Services

It is a reasonably short walk to reach daycares and schools from anywhere in Maple. Apart from public schools, there are private primary and high schools. Concerning eating, reaching one of about 10 grocery stores by walking is practical for some, but not all, property owners in Maple. Character

The character of Maple is exemplified by its slower-paced atmosphere.
