Transportation

This area will appeal to physically active house buyers because it is reasonably suitable for walking; many daily errands can be run without the use of a car. The bike is a fairly good mode of transportation in Mill Pond. The car is often the preferred means of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is convenient to find a parking spot.
