Transportation

The Elms allows homeowners to get around using a variety of means of transportation. With a few nearby bus lines, The Elms has a fairly good public transit system. A majority of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are also reasonably well-suited for walking; many daily needs can be met by walking. Commuting by bicycle is easy in this part of Toronto.

It is usually feasible for house buyers in The Elms to buy groceries by walking. Moreover, The Elms is a fairly good place in which to go out to eat, and residents can enjoy a few cafes as well. The Elms is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced ambience.
