Newtonbrook is reasonably transit friendly owing to Yonge / Steeles on the Viva Blue, and about 20 nearby bus lines. Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are also quite well-suited for walking; carrying out daily needs is easy on foot, and many businesses are quite nearby. Getting around by bicycle is easy in this part of Toronto because cyclists do not face significant hills.

Services

Home buyers in Newtonbrook will welcome that a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a reasonably short walk away. Furthermore, this neighbourhood is a good place in which to go out to eat, and a small variety of cafes can be found as well.
