Transportation

Manse Valley is a very good part of Toronto for getting around by car. It is especially convenient to park. Manse Valley is also quite transit friendly by reason of a few nearby bus lines. Walking is not particularly convenient for residents in this part of Toronto because running day-to-day errands is at times challenging without using a car. Manse Valley is also not especially suited for bicycling since cyclists encounter a significant amount of slopes, and the cycling infrastructure is somewhat poor.

Services

The nearest supermarket in this neighbourhood is usually only a rather short walk away. There are also a few restaurants in this area. When it comes to education, daycares and primary schools are convenient to walk to from most properties for sale in this part of the city. In contrast, there are no high schools in this area.

Character

The character of Manse Valley is exemplified by its calm ambience. This part of Toronto is reasonably quiet overall, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. Lastly, the greenery in this part of the city is quite prominent; it is very easy to reach public green spaces in the neighbourhood since there are a few of them nearby for residents to unwind in. Furthermore, residents will find that the majority of streets have reasonably good tree coverage.

Homeowners occupy roughly 80% of the units in the neighbourhood while the remainder are rented.
