Lawrence Manor presents house buyers with the choice between different modes of transportation. Lawrence Manor is a very convenient part of Toronto for travelling by public transit thanks to a few nearby bus lines. This area will also attract active house buyers as it is conducive to walking; many daily errands can be run on foot, and various businesses are close by. Even though cyclists do not face significant slopes, this area is not very bicycling-friendly since there are very few bike lanes.

Services

Parents and their kids will find that wherever their home is located in Lawrence Manor, daycares and schools are nearby. Concerning food, it is convenient to get to both a general and a specialty grocery store on foot from most properties for sale in this part of Toronto.
