Transportation

Lawrence Manor will draw homeowners that appreciate different means of transportation. Travelling by public transit is convenient in this area by reason of 2 rapid transit stations (Yorkdale Station - Southbound Platform and Yorkdale Station - Northbound Platform) with access to the Line 1 (Yonge-University), and approximately 10 nearby bus lines. Walking is also feasible for residents in this area; running common errands is convenient without needing a vehicle, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Although certain bicycling-friendly areas exist, and there are not many hills to confront cyclists, Lawrence Manor is not particularly appropriate for biking because the cycling network is not very comprehensive.
