Transportation

Physically active house buyers will also be pleased with the reasonably pedestrian-friendly nature of this area; many daily errands can be run without the use of a car, and there are also a fair number of businesses nearby. Biking is convenient in this part of the city as Golden Mile features a good cycling infrastructure.

Services

It is easy to access both a general and a specialty grocery store by walking from most homes for sale in this part of the city. Additionally, this neighbourhood is a fairly good place in which to eat out, and residents benefit from a few cafes as well. Character
