This part of the city will appeal to homeowners that value a variety of modes of transportation. Commuting by public transit is easy in Eringate-Centennial-West Deane by reason of plenty of rapid transit stations on the Meadowvale Express, and approximately 20 nearby bus lines. However, most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are not particularly well-suited for pedestrians as daily errands are at times challenging to run without a car. Bicycling is easy in Eringate-Centennial-West Deane since riding is facilitated by the generally flat terrain. Eringate-Centennial-West Deane is also particularly car friendly. Most properties for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 427, and parking is quite easy.
