Eatonville is a neighbourhood within Toronto, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

No matter the medium of transportation, it is reasonably easy to travel in this part of the city. The public transit system in Eatonville is very practical. For example, there is Dundas St At Billingham Rd with access to the 109 | Meadowvale Express. There are approximately 20 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is typically just around the corner. It is also easy for pedestrians to get around in Eatonville; many daily errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. The bicycle is a rather limited method of transportation in this part of Toronto since there are few bike lanes, and there are a good number of elevation changes.

Services

It is easy to reach both a general and a specialty grocery store on foot from most homes for sale in this neighbourhood. Likewise, Eatonville is a fairly good place in which to eat out, and property owners benefit from a few cafes as well. The character of Eatonville is exemplified by its slower-paced atmosphere. There is a fair amount of greenery in this neighbourhood as many tree-lined streets are prominent. This neighbourhood is quiet overall, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic - although that is not the case around Highway 427.
