Part of the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area, Downsview is a neighbourhood within Toronto, Ontario.

Transportation

Downsview will attract property owners that value various modes of transportation. The fairly good transit allows people to get to many destinations without needing a car. There is Downsview Park Station - Southbound Platform and Downsview Park Station - Northbound Platform on the Line 1 (Yonge-University). Residents profit from the Downsview Park with access to the Barrie. The neighbourhood is linked by around 20 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most houses. It is also convenient for pedestrians to navigate Downsview; many daily errands can be run without the use of a car. Downsview is reasonably suited for bicycling.

Services

A supermarket is usually reachable within a rather short distance from anywhere in Downsview. Additionally, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a fair number of opportunities, and home buyers benefit from a few cafes as well. Concerning education, daycares and schools are easy to access without needing to get in a vehicle from most properties for sale in Downsview.
