Transportation

Alderwood Industrial is transit friendly. In particular, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. On the other hand, commuting by bicycle is challenging in this part of the city since the cycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive. Nonetheless, there are few slopes in much of the area to confront cyclists, and a few pleasant pockets for cycling exist. Walking in this part of the city is not very common, despite the fact that carrying out daily needs is easy without a vehicle, and there are also a good number of businesses close by. It is a very short car ride to the closest highway, such as Highway 427, from any location in this area, and finding a parking spot is generally easy.
