Transportation

Brock is very car friendly. It is especially convenient to find a parking spot, and nearby highways, such as Highway 406, are reasonably easy to drive to from anywhere in this neighbourhood. However, the public transit service in Brock is not very frequent. Nonetheless, there are about 10 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of St. Catharines are located in areas that are not very convenient for walking because few common errands can be run on foot.

Services

Parents and their kids will value the proximity to primary schools, which are within walking distance from the majority of homes for sale in Brock. In contrast, this part of the city does not have any high schools. Concerning food, getting to the closest supermarket by walking is feasible for some, but not all, home buyers in Brock. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who appreciate restaurants and cafes in close proximity.

Character
