Transportation

This neighbourhood is reasonably suited for cycling. Active property owners will also welcome the quite pedestrian-friendly character of Doncrest; many daily needs are convenient to meet on foot. This area is very car friendly. Most homes for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 407, and parking is easy. On the other hand, the public transit network in Doncrest is not especially accessible. Nevertheless, it is convenient to reach a nearby rapid transit station, including Highway 7 / Chalmers Rd, Hwy 7 / Bayview and Hwy 7 / Valleymede on the Viva Purple, from the greater part of residences in the neighbourhood.
