Part of the Ottawa - Gatineau metropolitan area, Munster is a neighbourhood within Ottawa, Ontario.

Transportation

Driving is a very good transportation option in Munster. Finding a place to park is easy. In contrast, the public transit service in this part of Ottawa is not very frequent. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are usually very close by. This part of Ottawa is not very amenable to cycling as the bicycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and there are a good number of hills for cyclists to brave. Most houses for sale in this area are located in places that are also not very well-suited for those who travel as pedestrians since very few day-to-day needs can be met without a vehicle.

Services

Property owners in this part of the city almost always have to rely on a car to do their grocery shopping. Nonetheless, pharmacies are typically convenient to access as a pedestrian and supply some basic food items. A small selection of restaurants is available in Munster as well. Regarding education, this area does not have any high schools or primary schools.
