Transportation

Moving around by car is very easy in Russel - Edwards. It is especially convenient to park. Many of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are not very conducive to walking as carrying out daily needs is very challenging by walking. It is also difficult to get around by bicycle in Russel - Edwards as there are very few bike lanes. Nonetheless, certain pleasant sectors for cycling exist, and bike riders do not encounter serious hills.

Services

There are only a very small number of primary schools in Russel - Edwards and accordingly they can be a very long walk away. Additionally, this part of Ottawa does not have any high schools.
