Transportation

Most homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are conducive to walking; many daily needs can be met on foot, and plenty of businesses are reasonably close by. Victoria Hills is also quite bicycling-friendly since there are countless bike lanes. Cars are a good medium of transportation in this part of Kitchener. It is convenient to park. However, public transit users may find few options in Victoria Hills as a result of the low service level. Nevertheless, residents are served by a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop.

Services

The nearest grocery store in this part of the city is usually only a short walk away. Additionally, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and a small selection of coffee shops is available as well. When it comes to education, it is a rather short walk to get to daycares and primary schools from most homes for sale in this part of Kitchener. On the other hand, this area does not have any high schools.

Character

People who prefer a relaxed environment will enjoy Victoria Hills. The noise levels in this neighbourhood are reasonably low, as the streets are generally tranquil - however some areas can be quite loud, especially around the railway line. Finally, public green spaces, like Gzowski Park and Filsinger Park, are very well-distributed and there are a few of them close by for residents to visit, making them very easy to get to.
