The neighbourhood of Forest Hill is part of the city of Kitchener, Ontario, which is situated in the Kitchener - Cambridge - Waterloo metropolitan area.

Transportation

Walking is moderately practical for residents in this area; meeting daily needs is convenient without a car. Forest Hill is also bicycling-friendly because there are a fair number of bike lanes. Driving is usually the preferred transportation option in Forest Hill. Many homes for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 7 & 8, and coming across a place to park is easy. In contrast, travelling by public transit is at times challenging in Forest Hill. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally very close by.
