Transportation

It is convenient for pedestrians to move around in this part of Kitchener; running daily errands is easy on foot. The bicycle is a good means of transportation in Fairfield because there are a large number of bike lanes. The public transit service in Fairfield is rather poor. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally just around the corner. In contrast, driving is a very good medium of transportation in this part of the city. It is very easy to park, and it is a short car ride to the closest highway, such as Highway 85, from any location in Fairfield.

Services

House buyers in this part of Kitchener usually need a car to purchase their groceries. Nevertheless, it is generally a reasonably short distance to the nearest pharmacy, which can supply some staple foods. Fairfield is a fairly good place in which to go out to eat.
