Character

The character of Alpine is exemplified by its slower-paced atmosphere. Finally, it is very easy to access green spaces in the neighbourhood since there are around 10 of them close by for residents to explore.

Housing

Small apartment buildings are the predominant housing type, representing around one quarter of dwellings in Alpine, and the rest are mainly large apartment buildings, single detached homes, and townhouses. This neighbourhood experienced its most significant construction boom in the 1960s and 1970s, so most of the available housing stock is from this time period.
