Transportation

Lincoln is an extraordinarily convenient part of Waterloo for travelling by car. It is a rather short drive to the nearest highway, such as Highway 85, from any location in Lincoln, and it is very easy to park. However, commuting by public transit is occasionally difficult in Lincoln. Thankfully, there is Conestoga Station on the ION Light Rail. Homeowners benefit from a few bus lines, and it is very easy to get to a nearby bus stop from most residences. Lincoln is cycling-friendly because there are a limited number of slopes. On the other hand, there aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of this area, despite the fact that running common errands is easy on foot.

Services

It is a reasonably short walk to get to daycares and primary schools from most houses for sale in Lincoln. However, there are no high schools in this part of Waterloo. Parents can choose between public and private primary schools. As far as food is concerned, a portion of home buyers in Lincoln may have the option to buy groceries by walking, while others will have to use a vehicle. A small number of restaurants and cafes are available as well.

Character

The character of Lincoln is exemplified by its relaxed environment.
