The neighbourhood of Lincoln is part of the city of Waterloo, Ontario, which is situated in the Kitchener - Cambridge - Waterloo metropolitan area.

Transportation

The best means of transportation in this area is usually a car. It is a rather short drive to the closest highway, such as Highway 85, from any location in this part of Waterloo, and accessing a parking spot is quite easy. On the other hand, getting around by transit can be sometimes difficult in Lincoln as a result of the infrequent service. Nevertheless, residents are served by Conestoga Station with access to the ION Light Rail. House owners benefit from a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically very close. There aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of this area, even though many daily errands can be run without needing to resort to a car.
