Part of the Greater Kingston metropolitan area, Kingston Mills is a neighbourhood within Kingston, Ontario.

Transportation

Driving is a great transportation option in this part of the city. It is very easy to park, and it is a reasonably short drive to the closest highway from any location in this neighbourhood. Kingston Mills is not very appropriate for biking because there are very few bike lanes, and the area is not particularly flat. A majority of the houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are also not very suitable for walking as almost no daily errands can be run on foot.

Services

Primary schools are not especially numerous in this neighbourhood, and therefore often beyond walking distance, and there are no high schools. In terms of eating, home buyers in Kingston Mills almost always have to use a vehicle to travel to the nearest grocery store.

Character

Kingston Mills is especially quiet overall, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic. Parks are spread out sporadically, which makes it sometimes challenging to reach them. Still, there are a few green spaces nearby for residents to unwind in.

The housing stock of Kingston Mills is composed predominantly of single detached homes and townhouses.
